Sunnybrae Cottage Booking !

To book a week’s stay at Sunnybrae Cottage is quite easy.

Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Check the availability of your desired week in the calendar below.
  2. Fill out and send in the booking form at the end of this page.
  3. A deposit of $350.00 per week or the full rent amount of $700.00 ( $50.00 savings) is required to reserve a week.
  4. We will call you to discuss the availability of the week requested, the amount due and your preferred payment method - Interact money transfer, direct deposit, Credit Card or PayPal.
  5. We will follow up with an email with instructions on how to pay plus the driving directions to arrive safely at Sunnybrae Cottage.
  6. If you choose to only make a deposit of $350.00 to secure your week then the balance of $400.00 is due 15 days in advance of arrival. You will receive an email reminder.
  7. Upon arrival please present the signed Rental Agreement (downloadable PDF document) with your damage deposit cheque of $250.00.
